In addition to serving as Chief Scientist for The Nature Conservancy, Katharine Hayhoe is the Endowed Professor in Public Policy and Public Law and Paul W. Horn Distinguished Professor at Texas Tech University. She served as a lead author for the Second, Third, and Fourth US National Climate Assessment and hosts the PBS digital series Global Weirding. Kaitlyn Schiess (ThM, Dallas Theological Seminary) is a writer, speaker, and theologian. She is the author of The Liturgy of Politics: Spiritual Formation for the Sake of Our Neighbor and is a regular cohost on the Holy Post podcast with Skye Jethani and Phil Vischer. Her writing has appeared in the New York Times, Christianity Today, Christ and Pop Culture, Relevant, and Sojourners. Alice Fryling is a spiritual director and author. She and her husband worked with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for over fifty years. Alice has also been actively involved in church ministry and teaching workshops on the Enneagram and Myers Briggs Temperament Inventory. Her books on relationships, spiritual formation, and spiritual direction have sold over half a million copies and are published in over ten languages. She and her husband, Bob, are parents of two daughters and grandparents of two grandsons and two granddaughters. They live in Monument, Colorado. Terumi Echols is president and publisher of InterVarsity Press (IVP). She joined IVP in December 2017 as director of finance and fulfillment operations. In that role she managed the annual budget and oversaw the finance, accounting, distribution center, customer contact center, general services, and facilities teams.

Before coming to IVP, Echols worked for nearly two decades at Christianity Today International, most recently from 2014 to 2016 as the executive vice president and chief publishing officer, and as executive vice president and publisher from 2012 to 2014. While she was at Christianity Today, Terumi championed new product lines, diversified the list of contributors, and increased revenue.

Terumi graduated from Chadwick University with an MBA, is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, and received a certificate from Yale University School of Management on Publishing Print and Digital Media.

Dr. Denise-Margaret Thompson is a professor and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in teaching, technology innovation and commercialization, program management, and research. She is Co-Founder and Executive Direct of the Caribbean Fine Cocoa Forum, Volunteer Coordinator of the Caribbean Fellowship of Evangelical Students Graduate and Faculty Ministries (CARIFES-GFM), and past Director of the Cipriani College of Labour and Co-Operative Studies. Dr. Thompson currently serves as the National Director of Black Scholars and Professionals, a ministry within InterVarsity/USA. 

Joy Qualls is an associate professor of communication studies and associate dean of the Division of Communication at Biola University. She is married to Kevin, a licensed professional counselor, and they are parents to two children.

Jean Neely, PhD, teaches in the writing program at Azusa Pacific University. She and her family love hanging out at their friendly neighborhood coffeehouse to read, write, and wonder.
