Amy L. Sherman: A Book Club Conversation

Are you troubled by the brokenness in every aspect of human life? Do you long to see glimpses of our prayer — “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done” — unfold? Do you want a fresh vision of how your own passions, expertise, and work can be used for God’s purposes in our world?

We invite all faculty, graduate students, and professionals to join the finale of our Fall 2023 Book Club where we'll engage in conversation with Amy L. Sherman about her book Agents of FlourishingLet's explore how you can pursue shalom in every sphere of life, both through your vocation and through the church. Join us as we gather online on Tuesday, November 28 at 7:00 pm (Eastern). We'd love to have you join us even if you weren't able to participate in the book club!

Sherman directs the Sagamore Institute's Center on Faith in Communities, which trains and consults with faith-based social service providers and religious congregations desiring to invest more effectively in their neighborhoods.
